How long will it take to make my eyeglasses?
We promise to deliver our customers the fastest delivery service possible. Though the delivery time can vary from place to place, along with that we take around 2-3 days for prescription
galsses.
But just to give you a rough idea, it can take Non-prescription glasses: 2 - 8 days in shipping,
Frames + Prescription: 4 - 10 days in shipping
Can I buy glasses with my prescription?
You can buy glasses fitted with your prescription or even the frames standalone.
For adding prescription, after your purchase just give us a call and tell us your order number and the product you want to add prescription lenses into.
Where do I submit my eye power and prescription details?
You can enter your prescription details while buying your Eyeframe or even after
completing your purchase. You can send us a picture on our Whatsapp number along with your order number within 24 hours of your purchase.
I don’t have my prescription at this point. Do I have to give it right away?
No its completely fine as well. You can upload them later after completing your order.
